These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Live Video Call mobile application (“App” or “Service”), developed and operated by DarrelMivo (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.


1. Eligibility

  • The Service is intended only for users aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
  • If we determine that a user is under the required age or has provided false age information, access will be terminated immediately and permanently.


2. User Conduct and Community Standards

Live Video Call is intended to provide a safe and respectful environment. You agree not to engage in or promote any of the following activities while using the Service.

2.1 Harassment and Abuse

You must not create, share, or transmit content that is:

  • Threatening, harassing, defamatory, misleading, or aggressive
  • Racist, hateful, sexist, or discriminatory
  • Vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
  • Violent or encouraging harm to others

Harassment of any kind toward other users is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Sexual and Adult Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden during video or text chat:

  • Appearing naked or wearing underwear only
  • Displaying genitals or intimate body parts
  • Showing a naked torso without also clearly showing your face
  • Moving the camera below chest level
  • Touching oneself in a sexual manner (with or without clothing)
  • Requesting or suggesting virtual sex, cybersex, or sexual acts
  • Using sexually explicit language, gestures, or actions

2.3 Identity and Camera Misuse

Users must present themselves honestly. You may not:

  • Use prerecorded videos, images, or irrelevant visuals instead of your live video feed
  • Point the camera at another screen, static images, text, books, or unrelated objects
  • Use webcam emulators or software designed to mask your real appearance

2.4 Spam and Commercial Activity

You may not:

  • Send spam, chain messages, or repetitive content
  • Promote advertisements, products, services, or external platforms
  • Request other users to perform actions outside the App

2.5 Illegal Activities

You may not:

  • Share content you do not own or have legal rights to distribute
  • Attempt to hack, access, or interfere with another user’s account
  • Promote prostitution, escort services, or illegal acts
  • Post content involving hate crimes or extremist ideology


3. Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Live Video Call enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating, sharing, requesting, or promoting any content involving sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
  • Any form of child sexual imagery, grooming, or sexualized communication involving minors

Enforcement Actions:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination without notice
  • Reporting of confirmed CSAE content to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), in accordance with applicable laws
  • Preservation of data as required for legal compliance


4. Reporting Violations

If another user violates these Terms, you may:

  • Submit a complaint with supporting evidence (image and/or message) through the App
  • Moderators review reports 24/7, including weekends and holidays
  • Repeated violations may trigger automatic system bans

Do not attempt to retaliate or violate the Terms in response to misconduct. Doing so may result in action against your account as well.


5. Enforcement and Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Issue warnings
  • Temporarily suspend accounts
  • Permanently block users

This may occur without prior notice, particularly in cases involving:

  • Serious violations
  • CSAE-related content
  • Abuse, harassment, or illegal activity


6. Limitation of Liability

While we actively moderate the platform, we cannot guarantee that all violations will be detected or prevented. You acknowledge that:

  • You use the Service at your own risk
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content
  • We are not liable for the actions or conduct of other users


7. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or associated pages. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
