DarrelMivo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) built the Live Video Call application as an ad-supported mobile application. This Service is provided by DarrelMivo at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

  • Prohibiting any content that involves or promotes child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment
  • Immediate removal and permanent banning of users who violate CSAE policies
  • Reporting confirmed CSAE content and related user data to relevant authorities and organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law

Any accounts found uploading, sharing, or promoting CSAE, abusive, or sexually explicit content involving minors will be terminated immediately without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that:

  • Share abusive, violent, or sexually explicit content
  • Violate CSAE standards
  • Breach community safety or applicable laws

Such actions may be taken without prior notice to protect users and comply with legal obligations.
